Cherry/Strawberry Chip Cake

After posting my cake pan yesterday, I thought I would share with you a really yummy cake I made to take camping last weekend. For those of you that know me-I don't cook-but I am starting to bake a little-mostly pink stuff! Everyone loved this cake!!!

Ingredients:

Cherry Icing

2-8 oz creme cheese

3 eggs

Dry Cake Mix and add 1 stick melted buter

Mix till crumbly

Take 1 cup out and set aside

Take remainder and press in 9x13 pan

Mix icing with creme cheese

Add 3 eggs and blend

Pour on crust

Take 1 cup left over cake and sprinkle over top

Bake 325 for 45 minutes

Cool and refrigerate 2 hours
