Pink Halloween

Do you know how difficult it is for a pink-aholic to find pink Halloween items. I really hadn't thought of it until I walked into the Salvation army one day and there were these pink candy collecting pumpkins. Then it all started-the hunt for pink halloween-just to take camping with me. It's been really difficult-not that I don't like a challenge or a hunt because I do(ask my best friend, Tete!)-but there's not a lot out there except for costumes. So I'm open to ideas for decorating at the campground. I ended up with 3 of these buckets and put candles in them and also found this cute Boo curtain for only $2 at the Salvation Army. I figured some black and white will work good too and this was too cute to pass up. Then after searching the web, ebay, etsy and various stores-I decided to come up with some things on my own. I painted a plug in pumpkin that I had that was a yellowish green pink and added this pink haired witch hat. The spider lights up with pink lights! I've got a few other ideas up my sleeve so check back in the next month-I'm going to try and post pink Halloween items each Saturday this month! Happy Pink Halloween!

  4. Happy Pink Saturday Rebecca Sweetie...
Oh how sweet is the pink for Halloween. I love the little curtain (Boo), have you thought of painting the ghost pink? That would work, if you want a pink theme going on.

I have to admit you have given me some ideas too. I may have to start thinking a little pink myself. Such a precious share, and I can't wait until next week to see what you share.

Have a gorgeous Pink Saturday. Many hugs sweetie and so much love, Sherry

  17. I don't decorate with pink stuff but I love what you have done for your trailer, and your house, etc. The best advice I could give is to spray paint everything? Did you spray paint the pink pumkin (with the wig and hat). adorable!!

  18. that's a great idea, to add a little pink to Halloween, I was a bit worried I wouldn't have anything to show at Beverly's party during October, but now, after reading your post, I shouldn't run out of ideas.

    Happy Late Pink Saturday.

  21. Hi Rebecca,

Thanks for the visit Saturday! Sorry I'm so late replying. I started this new job and have to find time for my precious blogging. I love your pink Halloween pumpkins. You are so creative. I'm looking at the lady on the left in your sidebar. I love her pink dress. It would make a wonderful Halloween costume!

  23. Very cute curtain! And I love your pink pumpkins. I live near a farm stand and she grows real "pink" pumpkins. They are really kind of peach - I think like that 1930's/1940's peachy pink color. They do COST a little more, but they are pretty cool and pretty PINK! Thanks for stopping by!

  30. My neighbor goes camping on Halloween too, and said everyone decorates like crazy. I think she's doing some kind of scary bride and groom thing, kind of like The Haunted Mansion at Disneyland.
I guess I should hold on to my little pink candy bucket. I didn't know they were so hard to come by :-)
    Blessings,
