Pink Silverware

My friend Jodi gave me some pink silverware when we got together a few weeks ago. She's always bringing me a goody bag of pink items that she's found here and there. She also brought me a pink tank top, a pink Oakland Historical Society ornament, and a wonderful book on friendship. Guess where these are going? To the pink camper!!! I've been looking for some of these!~

Last Flowers of Summer

Another Fun Day Spent with a Friend

My friend Jami invited me down to relax and visit in her pool. She called me that morning and asked me if I would rather go antiquing or floating-I said can we do both? So we spend the first couple of hours antiquing(I got some great deals that I'll share with you later in the week) and then we came back for pizza and then pina colada's by the pool! Here's my beautiful friend Jami-doesn't she have a great smile! I think I caught her napping a few times since she wasn't answering me when I talked(only kidding!). But she was able to just relax since she didn't have her two girls with her.

I was loving it-catching some rays!

And then -I decided -I wanted to ride the shark.

It was more difficult than I thought!

I was thrown off a few times

But I kept getting back on

Finally -I conquered it!

Jami and her husband just bought this Polaris Ranger a couple of weeks ago and took me for a fun ride. Doesn't she look happy driving!

She took us on some fun off-road trails!

We ended the day by picking up her two beautiful daughters at daycare.

I stopped by Kohls on the way home and picked up a few bargains(70 and 80% off stuff with 2 $10 off coupons) and headed home-only to find out I had a sunburn!

Vintage Pink Mixer

Did you guess it? My clue from the last pink Saturday? I bought this pink mixer a couple of months ago for only $17.00 and it works! Flower Plate

I don't know what this is used for-but I can think of a few uses. As the summer is coming to a close I'm thinking of all the work ahead to put up summer wicker and outdoor furniture for fall decorations. Can I just summer for another month? Everything's Coming Up Roses

I just love this old chair at the barn with it's rose fabric. Of course I piled it up with other roses(sorry Tete-I know you hate that!), but I couldn't help myself! Hope you're stopping to enjoy the pretty things in life!

Feeding the Fish

One of the things we love to do at this campground is feed the fish. The kids especially like it. So we bring old bread and crackers and make several trips over the weekend.

I love when my nieces play restaurant together. Takes me back to when my sister and I used to play like that. It's so fun to see what they do and hear what they say!

Setting up Camp for Pictures

I hadn't even begun to unpack at the campsite on Friday and a man stopped and asked if he could take photos of my campsite. I didn't mind but when he began to tell me that he took all the photos for the corvette show and the volkswagon show(vintage cars that is), I knew I wanted to do a little extra than usual. When he saw that I kept bring stuff out -he told me that he would be back in a couple of hours-and that's how long it took to get all this stuff set up. Scary thing is---- I could have done more! And there are some things I didn't show you either. Anyway, here are the pics I took!
