I don't know about you-but I'm over done with Halloween-except I can't resist checking out the sales. Our area stores didn't have much to begin with-we only have Walmart, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Walgreens-no Hobby Lobby or Target. They mostly had costumes so there wasn't much left over. These are the things I decided to get for next year-pink hair spray(I use that all the time when we camp!), another pair of witch's shoes(I'll use those for me next year since the mannequin got the first pair!), a black with pink stripe long witch's wig, and a black kettle. Someone had on their blog where you take insulation and spray it in there and color it pink-so that's a first project for next year! Did you find anything good?

ReplyDeleteThank you for your kind comments on my blog, Rebecca! I was at Michaels today...pumpkins..and more pumpkins!
ReplyDeleteI think I am too late to go hunt for witches shoes. But that gave me an idea for next year. Have a great day....Julian
ReplyDeleteI found a bright pink fuzzy wired spider. If you are going to have a spider, make it pink. Hey for $1.50, I had to have it. I'll be ready for next year's Pink Halloween. Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteHaha, awesome. I rushed down to Walmart the other day (that's the closest thing to us) before work, and was kinda disappointed. They marked everything down to a crazy price, except the costumes and clothing, but those were marked down pretty good. I wanted so badly to find a couple of Clearance/Sales Dog Costumes, since Bender Oak digs his Dog Hoodies once it gets cold around here... Sigh, No Luck. Did get a cool Halloween shirt though!
ReplyDeleteHi Rebecca.....I like your blog, and thank you for stopping by mine, too. Have become a follower as well......not a big Halloween fan, but adore your puppy dog and the pink hair!
