Pink ????

I was antiquing with a friend today and this is one of the pink items I picked up. I'm not going to use it-but it's vintage and I couldn't pass it up. It's says Kellogg Quality on the handle. Any ideas what it was used for? I hope not a little toilet bowl cleaner!!! I'm joining Vintage Thingie Thursday at http://coloradolady.blogspot.com/

    that would be a small toilet! think probably a kitchen scrubber?
