I found all these vintage christmas cards this week for only $2.00. Some are used, some are not-great to frame or to use for craft projects-I don't think I could cut any of them up though!!!
Good Morning Rebecca Sweetie... What do you mean the house with no tree? What? And you love so much pink, I felt for certain you would have one smothered in pinkness. Girl you got some splaining to do.
I think you should take those vintage cards you bought and make yourself a tree on the wall. You have to have a tree of some sort in the house. How about that?
Oh sweetie, so many hugs to you. Hope you are about ready for the holiday season. I am trying to get there. I still have 2 gifts to purchase today, and I have lots of baking to do. I will be ready when CHRISTmas gets here.
Hi Rebecca! What a treasure ~ those cards are fantastic. You found them all for only $2.00, wow! I love your side bars, so pretty in pink. May you and your family have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Wow how pretty, I know it is hard to think to cut up, but if you can bring your self to do it with the not so nice would be great in a scrapbook with your christmas pictures of the past.
Oh my goodness! All of those for two smackers?! You lucky. I love paper ephemera, I'm getting all giddy just thinking about all of those for such a steal. Enjoy! :)
Wishing you the merriest of Christmases and much joy in 2011! Sally
What a GREAT collection of cards for only $2! That's a wonderful bargain ... I love the one of the Christmas tree with the staircase ... and there were some awfully cute snowmen in there too!
Oh my, these cards are so sweet. Love your collection.

The vintage cards are the best. They seem more personal and warm than some of the fancy ones today.
ReplyDeleteGreat find. Most of the old cards were thrown away.
